Skin House reserves the right to modify at any time without prior notice the tools, features, images, and Skin House information and/or data on this website.

Skin House warrants that it is competent and equipped with appropriate safety measures to protect the privacy of its clients’ data. Waiver of Liability
Skin House shall not be liable for any consequence arising from errors and mistakes in the information provided by any informant through this website. By filling out the required information entries in this Website for any business dealing with Skin House, the informant/owner of personal information warrants that the information is owned and/or pertains solely to the informant/owner and likewise warrants that the same is absolutely true and accurate.
By procuring the services of Skin House, it shall be understood that clients are fully aware of their state of health and are fit for the procedure sought to be done by Skin House. It is understood that a prior consultation with a competent physician be made prior to booking any appointment with Skin House. If after booking confirmation a client is assessed by Skin House medical attendants to be unfit to undergo the procedure, the appointment shall be cancelled and the payment shall be refunded subject to a 30% deduction for booking and medical assessment costs.
Services
All Skin House services provided through this website belong and shall be exclusively managed/operated by Skin House. Any unauthorized use of the services herein through any means or false representations of being agent and/or part of Skin House shall result in criminal and civil liability. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we confirm your booking or accept your order. The type of products and services, the corresponding prices, manner of accomplishment, and term of existence as well as promos and discounts shall be subject to modification/revision and removal/cancellation at any time by Skin House without need of prior notice and it shall not be in any way liable for such modification/revision and removal/cancellation. Rest assured that any such modification/revision shall not result in the cancellation of the services availed and paid for prior to the modification/revision. Likewise, Skin House reserves for reasonable grounds the right to refuse its products and services to anyone it deems unsafe to deal with.
Website booking
By booking with Skin House through this website, it shall be understood that you give your express agreement to the terms and conditions herein set forth. To make a booking through our website, the following steps must be taken:
- Go to the online booking tab of the website.
- Select the branch preferred followed by the desired treatment date and time. It shall be understood that the chosen treatment date is subject to the availability of the chosen Skin House branch.
- Fill in the following details: birth name, email address, contact information, and a coupon code if applicable.
- Proceed with payment. Prices can be seen after selecting a treatment. All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated inclusive of VAT. Payments may be made by Paypal method.
- Skin House will send an email of payment acknowledgement and appointment request.
- Finally, the chosen Skin House branch will send an email or text message to confirm and approve the appointment.
Modification or cancellation of booking
Any change/modification of booking for any reason should be communicated with Skin House to discuss the requested changes/modifications. Skin House reserves the right to accept or reject any request for booking changes/modifications. A booked treatment may only be rescheduled for 3 times, beyond that the booking will be void. Skin House may change the time and date of a treatment subject to booking by announcement through email or text message within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If not amenable with the schedule, please inform Skin House of the alternative date and time and so it can be booked if available. Skin House shall endeavour to book a requested appointment at a date convenient to all parties.
Skin House may cancel a contract under these terms and conditions:
- At least 7 days before the appointment counted from the date of booking confirmation
- Written notice of any appointment cancellations shall be sent to you.
- Appointment cancellations compliant with the terms and conditions of cancellation herein set forth shall entitle client to a full refund of the price paid under that contract.
- Clients may cancel the appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled treatment by submitting a letter informing the branch of the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests submitted beyond this period shall not merit any refund.
- Clients can get a full refund once cancellation is approved.
