Yes, patients may benefit as long as liver is not severely damaged since the liver has to process the glutathione being injected as well.
How about a person with Hepa B?
There are no studies yet that a person with Hepa B may benefit from Glutathione.

600mg, twice per week or 1200mg once a week is beneficial.
Can a patient take Oral and IV Glutathione at the same time?
600mg Oral Glutathione daily or 600mg to 1200mg per week of IV Glutathione is by far the tried and safe dosages. It’s either oral or IV glutathione – it can’t be both at the same time. Although many would take mega dosages, the safety of taking such huge dosages can’t be assured.
